What hours do you work?


Business hours are Monday to Friday 10am till 5.30pm, I am available outside of these hours
on request. I can be flexible to yours needs, but you can contact me via email 24/7.




Can I meet my VA?


I work fully remote so all consultations are on the phone or via video call, at your arranged
appointment time. All updates will be either weekly or monthly conducted by a phone call or
video call.




What experience do you have?


I have over 25yrs of administration experience, working within in different sectors of a

Yes of course, I take time to understand you and your business and the support you need.




Do I have to commit to a VA for a long period of time?


Westbury Admin Services offer a ‘Pay as You Go’ option, which gives you the flexibility that if
you need work doing it can be a minimum of 1 hour.

If your looking for ongoing support we also have retainer packages available.




Will my information remain confidential?


Client confidentially is taken very seriously; your data is safe. We never sell, give, rent or
otherwise your information to anyone else.
