AD-HOC / PAY AS YOU GO
With a time, tracking system rounded up or down to the nearest 15mins, this time report is sent to you with your invoice. Ad-Hoc / Pay as you go is a flexible service with no ongoing commitment, yet it gives you peace of mind that help is there if, and when, you need it.
BY THE PROJECT
It is often easier to set a fixed price for a project or particular task; I am happy to discuss what is required by booking a consultation call. A detailed quote will be sent to you, with a breakdown of the work that will be carried out.
Ranging from basic to ultimate, these are simple ways to purchase a block number of hours per month. You receive an invoice per month with a time report, I will let you know if you are nearing your limit. These are great for when you need ongoing support or tasks that need to be completed every month.
HOW I LIKE TO WORK
I work fully remote, and I am flexible so I can be available outside of my business hours on request. For retainer clients, I like to have an update call once a month, to touch base to make sure you are getting the most from your package. Project work I will keep you up to date along the way and the progress, keeping you fully informed.

CALL CHARGES - During normal office hours
Any calls made or received on your behalf will be charged at my normal hourly rate and this will appear on your invoice as Call Costs. You will only be charged for the time that I am actively on the call, you will not be charged for any on hold minutes and there is no minimum charge. You will only be billed for the time used on calls. For long term call answering services please contact me for more information.
OUT OF OFFICE CALL HANDLING CHARGES
If you require my services out of my usual office hours (9:30am - 5:30pm) I would advise that a standard rate of £40 per hour would be required. This rate is to cover my services plus expenses for working out of my usual office time and are non negotiable. Discounts will sometimes be given depending on the nature of the work and are at my discretion. Please take these costs into consideration before enquiring for out of office service.
The minimum charge for work undertaken is one hour, after that work will be charged in 15minute increments.
A deposit of 50% may be requested before work is commenced for new clients.
Payments can be made by bank transfer, if you need to pay via other means then please advise Westbury Admin Services on your first consultation call.
Please note that paying via other means may incur extra charges which will be shown on your invoice.
Project work payments will be invoiced on completion of the work and payment is due 7 days from the date of invoice.
Retainer payments are invoiced the first day of the month for that current month.
Payment is due 7 days from the date of invoice.
Failure to pay your invoice can result in all work being paused until payment received.
Retainer hours cannot be carried over to the following month.
Any additional costs incurred for example, postage, courier, telephone charges, will be shown on the invoice or invoiced separately to the client as ‘Additional Expenses’.
Overdue invoices may result in interest charges (at the rate of 5%) for the total outstanding per month.
In the event of a contract being cancelled/terminated, the client agrees to pay for all work completed up to that point.
